Fitness Passport for Townsville

  1. Read information details on HealthWorks intranet page prior to signing up (including Terms and Conditions, Frequently asked Questions, Pricing & Facilities information etc.) https://portal.fitnesspassport.com.au/tht 
  2. When prompted for a payroll ID, type in MS52023 or MS62023 (ie. Med Student Year 5 (or 6) & year).
  3. Your name as a current year 5 or 6 JCU medical student will need to be verified by THHS Fitness Passport administrator and JCUMSA President for your membership application to be approved.
  4. Enquires about the program to be directed to [email protected]


Fitness Passport for Cairns 

  1. Fill in the form on the webpage. This also has a list of facilities that the Passport grants you access to. NOTE: where it says payroll number, please enter STUDENT. 
  2. Verify your enrolment by sending a photo of your Cairns Hospital and JCU Clinical ID to [email protected]


Fitness Passport for Mackay

  1. Download the MyFP app or go to the MHHS FP Portal specifically for MHHS FP Portal (fitnesspassport.com.au) and sign up.
  2. Enter STUDENT as employee number.
  3. After completing the online application, email copies of MHHS ID card and JCU ID card to [email protected]
  4. Confirmation from JCU Admin staff verifying placement at MHHS and your year level will then need to be sent to the Fitness Passport Workplace Facilitator at MHHS.
