4 steps to get started
Read information details on HealthWorks intranet page prior to signing up (including Terms and Conditions, Frequently asked Questions, Pricing & Facilities information etc.) portal.fitnesspassport.com.au/tht
When prompted for a payroll ID, type in MS52023 or MS62023 (ie. Med Student Year 5 (or 6) & year).
Your name as a current year 5 or 6 JCU medical student will need to be verified by THHS Fitness Passport administrator and JCUMSA President for your membership application to be approved.

Cairns
2 steps to get started
Fill in the form on the webpage. This also has a list of facilities that the Passport grants you access to. NOTE: where it says payroll number, please enter STUDENT.
Verify your enrolment by sending a photo of your Cairns Hospital and JCU Clinical ID to cairns-fitnesspassport@health.qld.gov.au
Mackay
4 steps to get started
Download the MyFP app or go to the MHHS FP Portal specifically for MHHS portal.fitnesspassport.com.au/mhh and sign up.
Enter STUDENT as employee number.
After completing the online application, email copies of MHHS ID card and JCU ID card to mackay-fitnesspassport@health.qld.gov.au
Confirmation from JCU Admin staff verifying placement at MHHS and your year level will then need to be sent to the Fitness Passport Workplace Facilitator at MHHS.

Eligibility
This program is exclusively available for Year 5 and Year 6 JCU medical students on clinical placements.
ID Required
You'll need your Hospital ID and JCU Clinical ID to verify your enrolment and placement.
